After the initial euphoria, “Indralogathil Naa Azhagappan” sank at the box office while Myskin’s “Anjathe” received a good opening mainly because of the success of his first film “Chithiram Pesuthadi”. The top five Tamil films are:

3.Bheema
Director: Linguswamy
Another flop at the box office! This is Vikram’s first release after a gap of two years and it has disappointed everyone.
4.Pirivom Sandippom
Director: Karu Palaniyappan
This is the only Pongal film that has worked at the box office. The chemistry between Cheran and Sneha is amazing.
5.Billa
Director: Vishnu Vardhan
“Billa” is the biggest hit of Ajith’s career and is doing better than most Pongal releases.
